We are proud to introduce The Left Side, a nonprofit organization founded in loving memory of my son.

Ernest Menzie III was born on September 20, 2004, and passed on April 16, 2025. Although he was right-handed, his departure was through the left side—an experience that deeply shaped the name and purpose behind this organization.

The love I have for my son will never end. The Left Side was created to give that love a place to grow—through purpose, through service, and through impact.

Our mission is to support youth by building confidence, providing resources, and creating safe spaces for growth. Because every child deserves to feel seen.
